Experiential Learning Officer at UofT

At UTM, the Experiential Learning Officer plays a vital role within the Experiential Education Unit, enhancing academic and community-engaged learning initiatives. Responsibilities include advising faculty and students on experiential education, developing partnerships for internships, and promoting field and research experiences. You will organize events and manage the EEU's online presence to enrich student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct labour market analyses for program development

• Develop and revise business methods for placement

• Ensure contracts align with University standards

• Implement work-integrated learning plans

• Respond to inquiries related to the role
Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and five years of relevant experience

• Experience in student placements and academic advising

• Familiarity with database management systems

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong computer skills in various software applications
