Strategic Manager of Global Partnerships

Lead York University's global initiatives as the Manager of Global Partnerships. This strategic role focuses on developing international collaborations aligned with the University’s goals, requiring extensive relationship building.

Reporting to the Director of Global Engagement and Partnerships, you will manage York's international partnerships vital to its Academic Plan and Global Engagement Strategy. Your expertise in international education trends and collaboration will play a crucial role. You will also oversee logistics for delegations, ensuring protocol and diplomacy are maintained throughout interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage international partnerships aligned with institutional priorities

• Analyze and assess international partnerships for strategic fit

• Facilitate incoming and outgoing international delegations

• Liaise with senior administrators and international offices

• Coordinate projects related to global engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in international relations or education

• Minimum five years of related experience in academia or government

• Strong project coordination and communication skills

• Experience supporting high-level delegations

• Flexibility for occasional international travel and adaptation to time zones
