Position: HAD3020H Quality Improvement Methods Lecturer
Elevate healthcare education as a Sessional Lecturer for Quality Improvement Methods at the University of Toronto this Fall. Deliver engaging classes that explore vital improvement strategies from September to December.
This position requires a dynamic educator with a strong background in quality improvement processes within healthcare environments. Candidates will guide students through methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma, emphasizing practical approaches and robust measurement techniques. Creative curriculum development and expert use of electronic teaching tools are essential for thriving in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct the HAD
3020H course using competency-based methods

• Provide guidance and support to students outside class

• Lead discussions on the concepts of measurement for improvement

• Incorporate real-world applications into classroom learning

• Foster collaboration with students on improvement initiatives
Requirements:

• Significant background in health care quality improvement

• Previous graduate teaching experience is an asset
