Elevate healthcare education as a Sessional Lecturer for Quality Improvement Methods at the University of Toronto this Fall. Deliver engaging classes that explore vital improvement strategies from September to December.

Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct the HAD
3020H course using competency-based methods
• Provide guidance and support to students outside class
• Lead discussions on the concepts of measurement for improvement
• Incorporate real-world applications into classroom learning
• Foster collaboration with students on improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Significant background in health care quality improvement
• Previous graduate teaching experience is an asset
• Proficiency in electronic teaching methods
• Availability for student interactions after hours
• Experience with diverse curricula to address different learning needs
