This role within the Scarborough Academy of Medicine and Integrated Health focuses on coordinating program operations in collaboration with diverse stakeholders. You will act as a liaison for faculty, staff, and clinical partners, ensuring timely communication regarding key program activities. Ideal candidates are driven individuals with a proven track record in educational program administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries and manage minor complaints effectively
• Coordinate program schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Prepare and distribute program evaluations and reports
• Maintain communication templates and edit program materials
• Organize logistics for events and workshops
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Three years coordinating educational programs in relevant settings
• Administrative support experience with course materials and evaluations
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor
