Aplin is offering a 12-month contract for a Learning & Development Partner with expertise in adult learning and facilitation. The successful applicant will collaborate with various teams, create engaging content for onboarding and technical training, and ensure effective change management related to HR systems. Bilingual skills in English and French are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to define organizational learning needs

• Design tailored training programs for employees

• Facilitate training in both languages

• Develop clear and engaging learning aids

• Utilize adult learning methodologies effectively

Requirements:

• 3–7+ years in Learning & Development or training

• Proven ability in adult education and training delivery

• Strong bilingual communication skills

• Flexibility in managing diverse People & Culture projects

• Familiarity with digital learning methods and technology
