Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with potential learners to identify goals
• Assess and develop individualized learning plans
• Plan and deliver literacy instruction effectively
• Train and oversee volunteer tutors collaboratively
• Create a welcoming environment for all participants
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant experience
• 1 - 3 years in adult education or community work
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Ontario Adult Literacy Curriculum preferred
• Flexibility for evening and weekend work
