Enhance learning experiences at TD as a Learning Experience Designer in Toronto, Ontario. This role focuses on innovative training solutions to engage learners and improve competency.
The Learning Experience Designer will collaborate with the Practice Management team within TD Wealth. You will leverage adult education principles to design and develop engaging learning solutions. This role requires expertise in diverse modalities, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills while managing various project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop innovative training programs across multiple modalities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address business gaps and objectives
• Manage resources, timelines, and communication for project success
• Create engaging learning content using L&D software tools
• Evaluate training solutions to measure effectiveness and impact
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of L&D experience in relevant fields
• Post-secondary degree in Adult Education or related area
• Familiarity with eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
