Placement Coordinator at Mothercraft

Become a key player at Mothercraft’s College of Early Childhood Education as a Placement Coordinator. Your expertise in early childhood education will enhance student experiences and foster valuable partnerships.

In this vital role, you will report to the Manager of Academic Programs and oversee student placements both internally and externally. You'll also deliver ECE courses and conduct rigorous field supervision. Collaboration with a dedicated team ensures optimal placement experiences, benefiting both students and educators in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate student placements internally and externally

• Deliver ECE Diploma courses and guest lectures

• Advise on placements across various programs

• Maintain partnerships with placement sites

• Conduct orientations and group meetings for students

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education Diploma or Bachelor's degree

• At least 5 years in early learning settings

• Minimum 2 years of mentoring or supervisory experience

• Knowledge of Zoom, MS Teams, and Moodle

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
