Shape the minds of future designers as a Sessional Instructor for Graphic Design 3 at OCAD University, in Toronto. This fall term position emphasizes data visualization and innovation in design principles.
The Sessional Instructor will develop and deliver engaging curriculum for Graphic Design
3. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, outlining courses, and providing extensive feedback to students. You will facilitate classes twice a week, focusing on the practices of information visualization while ensuring compliance with safety and academic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop course outline and materials
• Deliver engaging lectures and critiques
• Participate in curriculum coordination sessions
• Provide written and oral feedback to students
• Ensure health and safety requirements are met
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills and guidance ability
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and visualization tools
• Experience in research methodologies for information design
