Reporting to the Director of Community Programs, this Assistant role involves supporting group classes led by Occupational Therapists and Program Instructors. Your responsibilities will include preparing materials, assisting children with engagement, and helping families navigate the Community Hub. This is a great opportunity to develop skills in communication, organization, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist children with engagement in program activities
• Create resources for participants and their families
• Prepare and organize materials for classes
• Support families in the Community Hub
• Help manage program space setup and cleanup
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in high school or postsecondary education
• Exceptional communication and written skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
