As a dedicated ICDL Instructor, you will provide high-quality digital literacy training to women and female-led families facing challenges in housing and employment.
Your role involves adaptive teaching across Microsoft tools and fostering a supportive learning environment. Collaborate with team members in a meaningful way to support each participant's educational journey, ensuring they meet crucial program milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver in-person or online ICDL instruction for Phase I cohorts
• Prepare lesson plans and educational materials engagingly
• Administer diagnostic tests and support participants with certification
• Track and monitor individual progress throughout the program
• Collaborate with the team to enhance participant outcomes
Requirements:
• Community College Diploma or equivalent education required
• Active ICDL certification or recognized digital literacy qualification
• Minimum two years experience in adult education or computer training
• Experience supporting women or individuals facing barriers preferred
• Organizational skills and attention to detail essential
