Planning and Real Estate Development. Lead an exploration of real estate development industries in Canada and the U.S.
We are looking for candidates with an MUD or MSc in Urban Planning and relevant professional experience in urban design. You will be responsible for developing course materials, delivering lectures, and managing assessments including tests and final exams. Engage with students and support their learning journey through consistent communication and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and present comprehensive course material
• Manage and update digital educational resources
• Grade assignments and provide timely feedback
• Address student inquiries and academic appeals
• Hold regular student contact hours for support
Requirements:
• MUD or MSc in Urban Planning required
• Professional urban design experience preferred
• Track record of relevant scholarly work
• Strong understanding of urban regulatory environments
• Proficiency in course logistics and management
