OverviewThe Digital Media Supervisor supports the Manager and Directors in planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns. The role includes training media buyers, negotiating with vendors, maintaining quality and accuracy, and driving performance across display, social, native, and programmatic channels.
Responsibilities- Train and guide media assistants and digital buyers.
- Oversee quality, accuracy, and timeliness of work.
- Translate client objectives into channel recommendations, investment phasing, and measurement approaches.
- Handle trafficking and ad‑serving setup in CM360 and coordinate pixels/conversion tracking.
- Ensure tagging requirements and measurement consistency with internal teams and vendors.
- Maintain established processes and address risks or delays.
- Contribute to media industry knowledge and client education on best practices.
- Suggest process improvements proactively.
- Lead or attend client meetings and build relationships.
- Execute and oversee digital buying for clients, including programmatic buys.
- Negotiate digital executions and work with vendors on tactical aspects.
- Manage contracts, insertion orders, and revisions with vendors.
- Input buys into Prisma and DDS and oversee media spend.
- Optimize campaigns and support a test‑and‑learn approach.
- Assist with financials, billing, and invoice clearing.
- Prepare routine and custom reports in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Associate degree in media or a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Five or more years of digital media buying experience, with at least two years at a senior buyer level.
- Working knowledge of programmatic buying and related concepts.
- Experience with CM360 trafficking, tagging, and QA.
- Experience supporting full‑funnel campaigns and performance measurement.
- Experience creating planning deliverables such as channel recommendations and budgeting.
- Track record of training junior team members and managing deadlines.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- History of building positive client relationships.
- Proficiency with media systems including DDS, Prisma, and Com Score.
- High accountability, organization, and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Team‑player with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

SalaryTransparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $70 - 78k per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications.
