We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development professional with 3–7+ years of experience to design and implement engaging training programs. Your focus will be on establishing frameworks for consistent knowledge sharing by supervisors and trainers across various shifts and locations. This role will directly influence the growth and development of Clutch's workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft end-to-end training programs for company-wide use
• Create training frameworks for effective delivery by leaders
• Partner with various teams to define training standards
• Develop and maintain high-quality training content
• Coach internal staff to enhance trainer effectiveness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• 3–7+ years of Learning & Development experience
• Proven ability to design scalable manufacturing training programs
• Strong content development skills
• Familiarity with LMS and regulatory compliance in training
