In this full-time role, you’ll supervise Client Services Advisors and Assistants within the Admissions unit, focusing on delivering insightful and empathetic assistance for admissions and financial aid inquiries. Your responsibilities will include staff training and mentoring, ensuring effective communication, and resolving escalated issues with discretion. This position demands strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, student-centered culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and staff performance
• Plan team workflows and manage schedules
• Advise students on admissions and course options
• Resolve issues and escalate as necessary
• Provide guidance to university stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum four years in student service environment
• Experience advising on admissions and financial aid
• Supervisory experience in client service
• Strong knowledge of university policies and regulations
Excel in leading service delivery and staff development at the University of Toronto.
