Digital Learning Instructional Designer

Elevate online education at the Rotman School of Management as a Digital Learning Instructional Designer in Downtown Toronto. Develop and enhance online course content for executive programs, collaborating with subject matter experts.

In this full-time role, you will manage the creation of innovative digital learning modules. Your expertise in instructional technology will help deliver tailored programming and comprehensive assessments. A focus on quality and adherence to branding guidelines will be essential as you work with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise faculty on curriculum delivery strategies

• Develop online assessments and digital modules

• Consult with instructors on programming needs

• Implement instructional programs and design plans

• Conduct analysis for program planning

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years in online education planning

• Knowledge of educational pedagogy and tools

• Experience with video filming and editing

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
