Reporting to the Director & Associate Registrar, this temporary contract position requires two years of administrative experience in higher education. You'll engage with students via in-person meetings, emails, and phone calls, while also managing inquiries through a ticketing system. Your contributions will shape the School of Graduate Studies and enhance the overall student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as first contact for student inquiries and support
• Triage and manage incoming requests via ticketing
• Advise students on academic courses and necessities
• Maintain accurate student records and advising notes
• Contribute to the creation of SGS newsletters
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree; graduate degree preferred
• Minimum two years in student-facing roles
• Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe skills
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings
Support graduate students at OCAD University while fostering an inclusive academic environment.
