In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Associate Director of International Student Experience to guide students through their scholarship journey. This position involves planning enriching activities and advocating for students facing challenges to their academic performance. You will coordinate with various campus partners to enhance the overall experience of high-profile international scholars.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise students on academic and personal matters
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up actions
• Implement co-curricular program activities
• Facilitate workshops on equity and inclusion
• Analyze program efficiency and student outcomes
Requirements:
• Master's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years in international higher education
• At least two years in enrichment programming
• Experience in academic governance or co-curricular design
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and student data systems
