Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored individual and group support to students

• Assist teachers in classroom management and preparation

• Implement strategies for positive behavior reinforcement

• Ensure classroom safety and cleanliness

• Monitor student well-being and respond to safety needs

Requirements:

• Completion of Educational Assistant training or relevant experience

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with neurodiverse youth

• Strong communication and relational skills

• Dedication to principles of equity and inclusion

• Knowledge of child protection laws and reporting
