This full-time temporary role focuses on developing comprehensive training programs to enhance user experience with the electronic patient record system. Ideal candidates will have expertise in adult education and curriculum development, ensuring clinical and non-clinical staff effectively utilize hospital systems. You'll collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to embed best practices and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training requirements for diverse end users

• Lead modular curriculum development for effective education

• Collaborate with teams to incorporate best practices

• Create eLearning modules for self-directed learning

• Monitor user system engagement for optimal effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field

• Three years of curriculum development experience

• Clinical experience is preferred

• Familiarity with adult learning principles

• Ability to travel for vendor certification
