We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated individuals who enjoy working with kids and are eager to gain hands‑on experience in STEM education, leadership, and technology. This role is ideal for students or early-career individuals looking to build experience in teaching, robotics, coding, and social media content creation within a growing educational environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and assist students (ages 6–14) in robotics and coding lessons using Robo Labs’ curriculum.
- Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration during classes and camps.
- Support students as they build, program, and test robotics and coding projects.
- Help maintain a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
- Assist with tracking student progress and communicating updates with parents when needed.
- Capture photos/videos of projects and classroom activities for Robo Labs social media platforms.
- Assist with creating simple social media content, posts, and promotional material.
- Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the centre.
- Participate in training sessions to learn Robo Labs teaching methods and technology platforms.
- Experience working with children (tutoring, camps, mentoring, coaching, volunteering, etc.) is an asset.
- Interest in robotics, coding, STEM, education, or technology.
- High school or post‑secondary students with robotics or coding experience (LEGO® Robotics, VEX, Scratch, Python, Make Code, etc.) are encouraged to apply.
- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram or Tik Tok.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative.
- Creative, adaptable, and confident working with technology.
- Gain valuable hands‑on experience in STEM education, teaching, and leadership.
- Build real‑world experience in robotics, coding, and educational program delivery.
- Develop content creation and social media management skills.
- Receive mentorship and guidance in STEM-related fields.
