As a Program Advisor, your expertise will enhance the performance of OFIFC programs through robust planning and monitoring. You will develop resources tailored for Friendship Centres and facilitate Indigenous-led programs. Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with staff and gathering valuable feedback for comprehensive reporting and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with Friendship Centre management
• Provide training for database system users
• Analyze program data and produce thorough reports
• Conduct field visits to gather essential information
• Deliver program orientation to staff
Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Science or related field
• 3-5 years in program management or 1 year in data analysis
• Experience in Indigenous communities
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with database systems
Support programs that improve community wellness through data-driven insights and collaboration at OFIFC in Toronto.
