Position Title: Manager, Indigenous Education & Engagement
Status: Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location:
: North Campus, 205 Humber College Blvd., Etobicoke, M9W 5L7 (In person), with regular travel to Lakeshore Campus as required to lead Indigenous student services, programming, and team collaboration across both sites.
Minimum Starting Salary: $97,491; starting salaries are determined based on qualifications and years of related experience.
About the Indigenous Education & Engagement Department at Humber:
Indigenous Education & Engagement (IE&E) works in partnership with regional Indigenous communities to ensure Indigenous students are supported and connected to their learning environment- academically, culturally and socially. IE&E is committed to braiding Indigenous Ways of Being, Knowing, and Doing into Humber’s academic programs, course content and co-curricular activities.
About the Role:
The Manager, Indigenous Education & Engagement reports to the Senior Vice-President, Academic, and is responsible for leading the planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and administration of diverse student service programs and curriculum-based initiatives. This role provides strategic leadership, mentorship, and guidance to staff, ensuring that all programs and services effectively support Indigenous student recruitment, well-being, engagement, and retention. The Manager works collaboratively across Humber and the University of Guelph-Humber departments and faculties, and builds strong relationships with Indigenous communities, organizations, school districts, and funding partners.

Education
Minimum 4 Year Degree in Indigenous Studies, Business Management, or related field.
Experience/Skills
Minimum of five years of progressive administrative experience, preferably in a postsecondary or Indigenous education setting.
