Your opportunity:
As the MSc/PhD Advisor, you will provide front-line administrative services in support of the day to day operations of our graduate programs and courses. The role will provide a first point of contact for inquiries and will provide information and support to students on matters related to the graduate programs from the time of inquiry through their application, orientation, program progression, examination and post-graduation.
This includes direct support for two key portfolio areas: the administration of graduate awards and scholarships, including eligibility advising, application coordination, and funding tracking; and program completion, encompassing the coordination of oral examinations, monitoring of degree milestones, and supportingstudents in progressing toward timely degree completion.
