Activity Leader Summer Camp

Position: Activity Leader for Summer Camp Experience
Join Bayswater Education this summer as an Activity Leader, focusing on creating memorable and safe experiences for students. Lead engaging activities while ensuring student well-being and safety.

This fixed-term role at Bayswater Toronto requires a candidate who can supervise students actively during various activities and excursions. You'll monitor their behavior, offer support to those who may feel anxious, and foster an inclusive atmosphere. Working alongside the Student Services Team, you’ll make the student experience enjoyable and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate fun and well-organized activities

• Maintain high supervision ratios during excursions

• Implement health and safety measures thoroughly

• Support new students during weekly orientations

• Document activities for reporting and feedback

Requirements:

• Fluency in English; second language is beneficial

• At least one year in a youth-focused environment

• Capacity to walk or stand for long durations

• Experience managing large groups during activities

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
