Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs
• Design and execute diverse training programs
• Facilitate training sessions online and in-person
• Develop accessible learning resources and materials
• Implement structured learning approaches for employee growth
Requirements:
• 3-7 years of experience in Learning & Development
• Proven track record in adult learning facilitation
• Preferred experience in digital learning tools
• Familiarity with LMS and learning technologies
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management
