Reporting directly to the Manager of Residence Life, the RLC fosters a nurturing and inclusive residence environment aimed at supporting academic and personal growth. This role demands significant engagement with residents, facilitating events, and mentoring student leaders. Administrative duties and on-call responsibilities are integral while residing on campus in provided accommodations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement residence programming activities
• Advise students on academic and personal matters
• Organize events and ensure logistical details are met
• Handle emergency responses with established protocols
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance services
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Two years of experience in a residence context
• Background in developing training and collaboration
• Proven experience with event planning and student support
• Ability to work irregular hours and be on-call
