This on-site role focuses on managing student cohorts and facilitating workshops for grades K-8. You'll coach Guides using analytics, deliver motivation sessions, and uphold program fidelity. Your work will ensure students achieve their goals through data-driven insights and a commitment to maintaining high expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate engaging workshops on life skills development
• Conduct motivation sessions to meet student goals
• Coach Guides on performance improvement strategies
• Manage a dedicated cohort of students effectively
• Monitor and analyze satisfaction and performance metrics
Requirements:
• On-site presence in Toronto, Canada is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in education or coaching environments
• Proven leadership experience with team management
• Hands-on work with children ages 5-14
