This onsite position offers a 1-year 3+ month contract at 56 Wellesley St East. You'll lead curriculum design, develop engaging training materials, and collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly will be crucial in fostering collaborative relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead training needs assessments for diverse users

• Design and implement comprehensive training curricula

• Support project management initiatives for training timelines

• Develop and review materials, including online training modules

• Facilitate engaging class sessions, in-person or virtual
Requirements:

• Proven experience in adult learning program facilitation

• Expertise in e-learning tools, MS Office proficiency

• Familiarity with AODA and Ontario standards

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Experience in healthcare training highly valued
