Position: Well-Being Counsellor at BSS
Empower students as a Well-Being Counsellor at BSS in a full-time role starting August 31, 2026. You'll provide individual counselling and support collaboration within the educational community.

This permanent position focuses on students' social and emotional needs, requiring effective collaboration with faculty to enhance well-being. The role involves facilitating workshops for both students and parents while participating in conferences. Additionally, you will support transitions and address student absences, ensuring timely interventions are communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult and collaborate with faculty on student well-being

• Provide brief counselling and workshops to families

• Manage confidential case records and trend analysis

• Coordinate transition support from Grade 8 to 9

• Engage actively with the boarding program and community

Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor's in Social Work or related field

• Experience in high school or educational settings

• Strong interpersonal skills with students and families

• Ability to adapt and work under pressure

• Expertise in developing workshops for stakeholders

Support the holistic development of students at BSS as a Well-Being Counsellor.
