Position: Branksome Hall Kindergarten Teacher Contract
Join Branksome Hall as a Kindergarten Teacher on a full-time contract, starting in the 2026 academic year. Focus on empowering students through innovative teaching methods.

We are looking for a passionate educator committed to social-emotional learning and diversity. In this maternity leave cover role, you will work within our Junior School, ensuring a safe and inspiring environment for young learners. Familiarity with the IB PYP approach is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement IB PYP curriculum and differentiate teaching strategies

• Foster meaningful interactions with students, parents, and faculty

• Support student growth through personalized lesson plans

• Keep detailed records for assessment and communication

• Participate actively in faculty meetings and professional development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution

• Ontario College of Teachers certification or equivalent

• Experience with kindergarten is strongly preferred

• Three years of classroom teaching experience is beneficial

• Strong curriculum development and assessment skills
