Position: Toronto Stewardship Officer for IDRF

In this full-time role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Giving & Impact to showcase the program's successes to a diverse funding network. You will craft compelling narrative-driven reports, optimize data systems, and participate in strategic engagement efforts. This position allows you to balance analytical work with creative storytelling to enhance partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft updates and reports for corporate and individual funders

• Co-develop engagement strategies and track milestones

• Analyze program data to create persuasive narratives

• Maintain structured records in Raiser’s Edge

• Assist in planning events that deepen partner relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience

• 1–2 years experience in stewardship or program reporting

• Strong writing and editing capabilities

• Data comfort for strategic insights

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
