As the Product Education Director, you will spearhead the creation and execution of effective learning programs for customers and partners, utilizing your 10+ years of experience in technology and training.

Your role will involve collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure that programs foster successful product implementation and ongoing value realization. Leadership skills will be critical as you manage cross-functional initiatives and learning delivery channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy for customer education and training programs

• Oversee curriculum development and certification processes

• Ensure timely readiness for product enhancements through training

• Implement diverse delivery formats for effective learning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Business or Education

• 10+ years in training or learning programs in a SaaS context

• 5+ years in leadership roles managing diverse teams

• Strong operational skills in program delivery

• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
