Provide spiritual leadership to the Mandarin-speaking congregation at Scarborough Chinese Baptist Church. The Charge Pastor will guide over 150 members while collaborating with staff and promoting discipleship.

Scarborough Chinese Baptist Church, a vibrant multigenerational community in Scarborough, Ontario, is seeking a Mandarin Ministry Charge Pastor. This full-time role entails overseeing ministry direction, leading the pastoral staff, and fostering spiritual growth within the congregation. A successful candidate will be a relational leader committed to God's mission, equipped with strong preaching and teaching gifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate direction of Mandarin ministry

• Mentor pastoral staff and encourage team development

• Oversee worship and coordinate special services

• Develop programs for biblical teaching and workshops

• Engage in pastoral care and congregation outreach

Requirements:

• Master of Divinity or equivalent theological education

• 5-7 years of experience in pastoral care

• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
