Position: Hula Dance Instructor - Contract Role
Embrace the opportunity to teach Hula Dance with Fusion Cardio Toronto! As a Hula Dance Instructor, you'll run fun and effective sessions for beginners in the Bloor West - High Park area on select weekday evenings.

Fusion Cardio Toronto is hiring a dedicated instructor for a seasonal contract focused on Hula dancing. This position requires expertise in Hula movements and a passion for teaching. You'll implement engaging 50-minute classes designed to instill confidence while ensuring a safe space for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a 50-minute class blending warm-ups, practice, and cool-downs

• Effectively cue participants using diverse methods

• Monitor participant exertion levels to minimize injury risks

• Arrive 10 minutes early to set up and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Conclude the class by packing up equipment and bidding farewell to participants

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience teaching Hula dance

• Familiarity with Polynesian culture and dance forms

• CPR Level C and First Aid certification required

• Must have personal liability insurance

• Strong English communication skills
