Lead impactful educational initiatives at the Ontario HIV Treatment Network in Toronto (Hybrid). This full-time role centers on developing and delivering tailored knowledge transfer programs for HIV service providers.
Reporting to the Director, Communications, Capacity Building, and KTE, you will spearhead the design, implementation, and evaluation of educational resources aimed at enhancing capacity in the HIV sector. Your expertise in eLearning and adult education principles will play a crucial role in crafting engaging courses and events, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure effective outreach and educational delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate educational programs and training resources
• Facilitate interactive workshops and presentations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to solve educational challenges
• Support promotion of initiatives through various channels
• Research best practices in knowledge exchange
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in adult education curriculum development
• Experience in online and virtual learning environments
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
