Healthcare Student Recruitment Specialist

Your main focus will be on developing and implementing recruitment strategies in partnership with the Registrars Office. Responsibilities include planning events, addressing student queries, and conducting engaging tours. Flexibility and data-driven decision-making will be essential as you adapt recruitment initiatives to align with trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent The Michener Institute at recruitment events
• Plan and execute Open House and Virtual Program Week activities
• Manage student inquiries regarding courses and admissions
• Lead tours with Student Ambassadors for prospective students
• Create and prepare recruitment-related materials and web content
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; degree in marketing is advantageous
• 3+ years experience in student recruitment
• Experience in event planning
• CRM experience advantageous
• A valid G2 driver’s license is needed
