Position: Full-Time Casa Montessori Teacher
Step into an influential role as a Casa Montessori Teacher at The Mint School in Toronto. This full-time position is perfect for an experienced educator passionate about guiding young children through a comprehensive Montessori curriculum.

The Mint School is looking for an experienced Casa Montessori Teacher to lead a class of 2.5 to 6-year-olds.

Your role will focus on creating an engaging, orderly classroom that nurtures independence and joy in learning. You will provide Montessori presentations, assess student progress, and maintain strong communication with families while overseeing classroom assistants and fulfilling compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare an organized Casa environment tailored to child development

• Deliver Montessori lessons in diverse subjects

• Observe and document children's progress accurately

• Cultivate a respectful classroom culture promoting independence

• Communicate effectively with families regarding student development

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Casa Montessori teaching experience

• AMI or similar accredited Montessori diploma

• Strong classroom management abilities

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

• Eligible to work in Canada;
French is a plus
