Position: Program Lead for Employment Training Services
Join The Career Foundation as the Program Lead for Transitional Employment Services, focusing on assisting youth with intellectual disabilities in their workforce journey. Engage in impactful training and supportive job placements.

This full-time position within the Pathways to Work initiative is integral for guiding young adults aged 18–30 through their transition from education to employment. You will design inclusive workshop content, manage relationships with employers for work trials, and coach participants on-site to achieve their goals.

Your role mandates adept data management for reporting and continually meeting program targets while providing resources for families and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training workshops tailored for diverse learning styles

• Build and maintain partnerships with inclusive employers

• Guide participants through on-site job coaching

• Ensure compliance with program documentation standards

• Conduct sessions for families and caregivers for additional support

Requirements:

• Background in Disability Studies or relevant experience

• At least 2 years in job coaching or supported employment

• Skills in employer outreach and partnership management

• Access to a vehicle with a valid Ontario G driver's license

• Excellent communication skills to connect with participants
