Position: Math Tutor for High School Students
Join Oxford Learning Bayview Woods as a Math Tutor, helping high school students master mathematics in a supportive environment. This part-time position focuses on teaching key concepts in algebra, trigonometry, and calculus after hours.

Oxford Learning is looking for motivated Teacher-Tutors who love working with students and are skilled in high school mathematics. This in-person role involves teaching students from Grades 9 to 12, with a commitment to regular evening hours and some Saturdays through June 2027. Candidates with relevant teaching certifications or extensive tutoring experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and support up to 3 students at a time

• Utilize Oxford Learning methods in your teaching approach

• Complete post-lesson notes for effective learning tracking

• Provide daily updates on student progress

• Foster a friendly, engaging tutoring atmosphere

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification

• Experience teaching or tutoring math to high school students

• Strong math knowledge and communication skills

• Ability to handle multitasking effectively

• Must undergo vulnerable sector screening
