Be a part of The Michener Institute as a Student Recruitment Officer, focusing on attracting students to healthcare education programs. This temporary full‑time position includes significant travel commitments.
In this role, you will work closely with the Registrars Office to implement recruitment strategies. Your main duties will involve coordinating events, responding to student inquiries, and offering informative campus tours. You’ll also need to adapt to various recruitment initiatives based on data analysis and trends.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Michener at local, national, and international events
- Plan and execute the Open House and Virtual Program Week
- Manage inquiries about courses and admissions
- Conduct tours with Student Ambassadors for prospective students
- Assist in preparing recruitment materials and web content
- Bachelor’s degree; degree in marketing is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in student recruitment
- Event planning experience required
- CRM experience considered an asset
- A valid G2 driver’s license is necessary
