Position: Pastoral Leadership for Diverse Community
We are searching for a dedicated pastor to shepherd our church community through this transitional period. Focus on preaching, teaching, and leading ministries connecting with all generations.
As a pastor, you will be an integral part of our congregation's journey, leading services, guiding educational programs, and inspiring community engagement. This role also invites you to empower members, nurture faith, and address the spiritual needs of our growing community. Your leadership can drive fresh initiatives while honoring our church’s rich traditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly worship services with inspiring sermons

• Develop and oversee various church ministries

• Provide pastoral care and support to congregants

• Conduct baptisms, weddings, and memorial services

• Work with church leadership to enhance engagement
Requirements:

• MDiv or equivalent theological education preferred

• Ordained with skills to perform communion

• Maintain good standing with CBOQ as required

• Previous ministry experience is advantageous

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
