Innovation & the Energy Transition. This in-person role requires a PhD and focuses on renewable energy and innovation.
We are looking for a qualified Sessional Lecturer to facilitate discussions on the transition to a low-carbon economy. Your key duties will include crafting a syllabus, providing weekly graduate lectures, and offering office hours for student assistance. Analyze geopolitical implications and critical technology policies shaping the energy landscape, engaging future leaders in this essential dialogue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a comprehensive syllabus
• Conduct a bi-weekly lecture series over 2 hours
• Provide dedicated office hours for student interaction
• Develop and administer assignments and tests
• Evaluate and provide feedback on student work
Requirements:
• PhD in Political Science specializing in energy innovation
• Previous experience teaching graduate courses
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive learning environment
Lead academic discussions on the energy transition for graduate students in this critical teaching role.
