Position: Program Specialist for B’not Sherut
Join JHub as a Program Specialist for the B’not Sherut program, fostering impactful volunteer experiences for young Israeli leaders in Toronto. Focus on mentorship and community integration.

As part of JHub, this role supports the professional and personal growth of B’not Sherut through mentorship and programming. Your focus will be optimizing their contributions at partner schools while ensuring wellness and logistical support. Collaboration with the team and community stakeholders is crucial to create meaningful educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and support B’not Sherut’s personal growth

• Oversee the implementation of Hebrew language programs

• Facilitate regular check-ins and programming activities

• Organize the annual selection process for B’not Sherut

• Manage transportation and other logistical necessities

Requirements:

• Relevant education in Education, Psychology, or similar

• Experience with experiential education for Israeli teens

• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills

• Bilingual in English and Hebrew

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
