The Program Integrity Training Support Specialist plays a key role across the Employment & Community portfolio by coordinating learning activities, maintaining training resources, supporting onboarding and staff development initiatives, and ensuring training‑related processes are delivered effectively. This role supports operational excellence by ensuring learning activities are well‑organized, accessible, responsive to program needs, and aligned with established E&C practices and procedures.
Responsibilities- Identify and stay current with external workshop offerings based on job roles within E&C.
- Work with the GM Employment & Community and E&C supervisors to ensure every training has a direct benefit to team performance.
- Maintain awareness of evolving team needs and support the GM Employment & Community with training coordination, resource management, and operational learning requests.
- Summarize learning evaluation results by analyzing feedback data, identifying trends, and determining opportunities for improvement and follow‑up support.
- Coordinate training activities and support the delivery of onboarding, orientation, and learning sessions for E&C staff teams.
- Coordinate staff participation in training and learning activities, including registrations, invitations, attendance tracking, follow‑up communications, and maintenance of training records.
- Provide logistical and facilitation support for learning activities, including introducing sessions, supporting participant engagement, collecting questions and feedback, and communicating follow‑up actions as required.
- Support delivery of internal learning sessions related to established E&C processes, procedures, systems, and operational practices.
- Develop, update, and maintain job aids, reference guides, and operational learning resources for staff.
- Maintain and organize training materials, learning resources, and related documentation to ensure accessibility and version control.
- Maintain accurate training records, learning documentation, and related administrative processes to support compliance, reporting, and operational requirements.
- Ensure quotes, invoices, and other training‑related vendor documentation are properly processed and track all training‑related costs.
- Prepare reports as requested or needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Post‑secondary education in education, human resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience that demonstrates strong abilities in administration, project planning, organization, time management, and communication, and is detail‑oriented.
- Experience supporting onboarding, facilitating group discussions, presenting information, or coordinating staff learning activities is an asset.
- Experience using SharePoint, Teams, learning management systems, or other knowledge management platforms is an asset.
- Experience with data systems is an asset.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and related collaboration tools.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability and readiness to multitask, handle changing priorities, and work with deadlines.
- Well‑developed interpersonal and relationship‑building skills; ability to establish rapport and excellent communication with members, staff, and volunteers.

- Focus on the health, safety and wellbeing of all children, youth, and vulnerable people in YMCA programs including understanding legal and moral obligations related to reporting suspected child abuse to Child Protection Services.
