Position: Transitional Employment Program Lead in North York
Shape the future of young adults with disabilities as the Transitional Employment Program Lead at the Career Foundation. Oversee training, work trials, and crucial support services for young adults in Ontario.

In this pivotal role, you will manage the
* Project Work:
Pathways to Work
* program, which aims to assist young adults (ages 18–30) with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting inclusive training programs, coordinating employer engagement for paid work trials, and delivering vital on-site coaching. You will also ensure the achievement of program targets and compliance with reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design inclusive training workshops covering vital workplace skills

• Engage inclusive employers to provide paid work trial opportunities

• Perform on-site coaching to support work placement success

• Track participant progress and document outcomes

• Host information sessions for families and caregivers

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline

• At least two years of experience in job coaching with IDD

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Possession of a valid Ontario G driver’s license

• Understanding of various learning adaptations and accommodations
