This permanent full-time role involves planning and assessing interprofessional education initiatives under the guidance of the Manager of Simulation & Virtual Learning. You will engage with teams and care partners, employing diverse educational strategies, including game-based learning, to enhance training outcomes. Your contribution is essential to fostering skills that improve care delivery in aging contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational initiatives

• Collaborate with teams to identify current learning gaps

• Coordinate interprofessional education both virtually and in-person

• Use research to enhance educational practices

• Ensure adherence to professional standards in education

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in health care or relevant discipline

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in simulation education

• Background in aging care and teamwork

• Expertise in instructional design and program evaluation

• Strong facilitation and analytical skills
