In this full-time role, you will be part of the Academic Programs team. Collaborating closely with Program Directors and stakeholders, you will manage day-to-day operations, interpret academic policies, and implement improvements for program efficiency. Your expertise will ensure quality assurance in program delivery and consistency in administrative practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate preparation and distribution of course materials
• Analyze and recommend improvements for service delivery
• Provide detailed information on program eligibility and deadlines
• Serve as a resource for job-related guidance
• Coordinate accreditation and program audit processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum four years in academic program administration
• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
• Proficient in student systems like ROSI and Quercus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Your organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities will enhance the Graduate Programs at the University of Toronto.
