Education Summer Camp Leader

Position: Bayswater Education Summer Camp Leader
Lead dynamic activities and foster a positive environment this summer as a Camp Leader at Bayswater Education. Ensure safety, engagement, and a memorable experience for all participants.

In your role, you will oversee students at the Bayswater Toronto camp location, facilitating a variety of scheduled activities. Your focus will be on adapting to the needs of students, offering support, and maintaining a safe and organized setting. Collaborating with the Student Services Team will be key to enriching the overall camp experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise engaging activities daily

• Conduct risk assessments for all excursions

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for students

• Assist in onboarding new participants weekly

• Provide feedback and documentation for activities

Requirements:

• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

• Minimum of one year working in educational settings

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Flexibility to adjust to schedule changes

• Competent in handling sensitive situations securely
