In this full-time role at the Civil and Mineral Engineering Department, you will coordinate course timetables, facilitate teaching assistant hiring, and manage queries from students and stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain positive experiences for over 900 students and numerous applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate undergraduate and graduate course timetables
• Respond to student and faculty inquiries effectively
• Oversee teaching assistant recruitment and training
• Maintain accurate records and organize course requirements
• Generate reports and manage program-related documents
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in a large post-secondary setting
• Experience with course timetabling and scheduling
• Proficiency in student information systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
